Contact Southern Maine Siding
Call us, email us or send the form on this page with your town, the year the house went up if you know it and what the siding is doing. We pick up the phone when we are not up on staging, and every message gets a call back.
Where Does Your Message Go From Here?
Jeff reads it first
Your message goes to Jeff Wentworth, who jots down your town, how old the house is and what covers its walls before anyone picks up the phone. Then we call or email you to set a day for the visit.
We walk the walls with you
Jeff circles the house, presses on the sills and window corners and lifts a loose piece where you allow it, to see the sheathing behind. Any cement shingles, and old paint on a pre-1978 house, go into his notes that same day.
A written price follows
The price comes on paper, figured by the square, with removal of the old siding, the new housewrap and flashing, the trim and the cleanup each on its own line. No siding is ordered and no wall is opened before you sign.
